logo for businesses provides revisions based on the service package selected. Clients may request unlimited free revisions at no additional cost, provided the original design concept and scope remain unchanged.
Each revision request will be completed within 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request. Revisions that require a change in concept, direction, or scope may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

All payments made to logo for businesses are subject to the terms outlined below. Deposited funds are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been approved or if revision requests are submitted, unless the project is canceled or terminated by logo for businesses for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-performance.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
  • If a refund is requested before the delivery of initial design concepts, the client is eligible for a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If a refund is requested within 48 hours of initial design delivery, the client is eligible for a 66% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If a refund is requested between 48 and 120 hours of initial design delivery, the client is eligible for a 33% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours from the delivery of initial design concepts.
Refunds will not be issued if:
  • The client has approved the initial designs or requested changes.
  • The final files have been delivered.
  • No action or feedback has been provided for 30 consecutive days after order placement.
  • The client changes their mind after work has commenced.
  • The website has been fully developed or deployed live.
  • The storyboard for video animation services has been approved.
  • The delay or non-performance is caused by factors beyond our control.
Custom packages follow the same refund policy as individual service packages.
All refund requests must be submitted to our support department and will be reviewed on a case- by-case basis. A valid reason aligned with the original design brief must be provided. If the design adheres to the brief, refunds will not be issued; however, revisions will continue until satisfaction is achieved as per the selected package.
Refunds are issued only for orders placed in good faith. Requests made after engaging multiple agencies for the same project will be declined.
Upon refund approval, all design rights revert to logo for businesses, and the client may not use, reproduce, or display any version of the delivered work.

Domain & Hosting Policy

  • Complimentary domain and hosting are provided with eligible website packages.
  • Email accounts included with hosting packages may be configured on third-party email
  • platforms (e.g., Outlook), with 10MB storage per account.
  • Email accounts are not provided if the website is hosted externally.

Delivery Policy

All design deliverables are uploaded to the client’s account and confirmed via email as per the order confirmation timeline. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days.
All revision and refund timelines begin from the recorded delivery date.

Record Maintenance

Final design files are securely archived. Clients may request copies of finalized files at any time in the future.

Communication Policy

logo for businesses is not responsible for communications originating from email addresses or phone numbers not officially listed on our website. Only communications from our verified domain or published contact numbers are considered valid.

On-Hold Projects Clause

If the client fails to communicate for 14 consecutive days, the project will be placed on hold and marked as closed. A reactivation fee will apply if the project is resumed.

Website projects Reactivation Fees

  • WordPress projects: $499 + complexity-based charges
  • Shopify or custom projects: $999 + complexity-based charges
Complexity fees are determined based on project requirements and scope.
